With over ten years in the dental industry, I’m dedicated to helping dental teams elevate their performance by strengthening patient relationships, increasing case acceptance, and creating streamlined organizational materials that drive practice efficiency and success.

My career started as a dental assistant, where I developed a solid foundation in a broad range of clinical treatments. Since then, I’ve progressed through roles such as administrator, hygiene coordinator, treatment coordinator, virtual treatment coordinator, and team lead—gaining specialized expertise in Invisalign, dental implants, All-on-X, TMJ, sleep apnea, and more.

Through these experiences, I recognized the power of combining clinical knowledge with effective communication and workflow strategies. Now, I’m passionate about partnering with dental professionals to break down barriers, boost case acceptance, and help patients confidently move forward with their treatment plans—ultimately improving patient outcomes and practice growth.
